3 C Drained mashed sweet potatoes
2 eggs
1/3 C margarine
1/2 C milk
1 C sugar
1 tsp salt
1 Tbsp vanilla:


Topping
1 C brown sugar
1/3 C flour
1/2 C margarine
1 C ground pecan (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
mix and bake 20 min at 350º

Topping heat to melted pour over thickened sweet potato
bake 10 more minutes
