2 cups spiral pasta, cooked according to package
2 lbs ground beef
2 small onions, chopped
1 garlic, minced
1 jar (26 oz) spaghetti sauce
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 lb Velveeta cheese, cubed
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. In a large skillet, cook the beef, onions and garlic over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in spaghetti sauce and bring to a boil; cover and simmer about 20 minutes. Add cooked pasta, sour cream and the Velveeta cheese to the sauce. Transfer meat/sauce mixture to a baking dish and top with mozzarella cheese. Bake covered for 25 to 30 minutes. Uncover and bake 5 to 10 minutes longer.
