1/2 c. margarine
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. milk
1 3/4 to 2 c. powdered sugar

Melt margarine in pan, add sugar, boil over low heat 2 minutes. Stir in milk, bring to a boil again. Cool to luke warm. Gradually add powdered sugar, beat until thick enough to spread. Add a little milk if it becomes too thick.
