Ingredients:  
1 pound pecan halves
1 egg white
1 tablespoon water
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Put egg white and water in a bowl and beat until frothy, but not stiff
In second bowl sift sugar, salt and cinnamon
Pour nuts in egg white mixture and stir until all the nuts are coated.
Pour sugar mixture over pecans and stir until coated.
Spread on a cookie sheet and bake at 300 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
