1 lb ground chicken (sometimes this is hard to find, the butcher usually helps me find it)
chopped red pepper
chopped onion
chopped celery
2 cloves minced garlic
sliced green onions
1/2 bottle Thai Peanut Sauce
dash of cayenne pepper (1/4 tsp)
Buns or rice

Directions:
Directions:
Saute peppers, onions and garlic for a couple of minutes in vegetable oil. Add chicken, cook until browned. Add Thai sauce and cayenne pepper and simmer about 10 to 15 minutes. Add green onions. Serve on buns or try over
rice.
