1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 cup milk
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 cups diced cooked chicken
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup cornflake crumbs
3 cups cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Combine milk and soup until smooth over medium heat. Add chicken, rice, celery, onion, salt and pepper. Pour into 2 1/2 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle top with cornflake crumbs. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes or until top is browned and rice is set.
