2c. cooked salmon
4tbsp. butter
1c. chopped onions
1/2c. sliced celery
1c. chopped green pepper
4tbsp. flour
2.5 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. sour cream
2tsp. dill weed
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
In saucepan melt butter, saute onion, celery and green pepper. Stir in flour, add bouillon and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until reaching boiling point. Add sour cream, dill, pepper, and cooked salmon. Heat 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly. Add parsley before serving!
