1 c. fresh tomato salsa (plus extra for garnish) (( I use the canned salsa))
2 15 1/2 oz. cans black beans drained and rinsed
2 c. chicken broth
Sour Cream (1 dollop per serving)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat salsa in large pan over medium heat. Stirring frequently, about 5 minutes. Stir in beans & broth then heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer 15 minutes. Cool slightly, then spoon 1/2 of soup into food blender & puree. Return pureed soup to pan and heat. Serve w/sour cream and additional salsa. I use 1 can of hot black beans.
