3 (8oz) Cream Cheese
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
2 (10oz) cans of chicken (Use the juice from both cans so it's not too thick or you can use juice from one can to make it more thick)
Jalapeņos (your choice how much; add juice to make it hotter))

Stir and heat until melted and hot. Works well in a crock pot.
