1 Bag (2 Lbs.) Frozen Hash Brown Potatoes
1 Pt. Sour Cream
1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
1/2 Cup Chopped Onion
1 Tsp. Salt
1/2 Tsp. Pepper
8 ozs. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Topping:
2 Cups Corn Flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw potatoes

Mix together - 4 Tbsp. melted butter, 2 Cups crushed corn flakes - set aside.

Mix together sour cream, soup, onions, salt, pepper and cheese. Add to thawed potatoes in 9X13 pan.

Top with buttered corn flakes

Bake @ 350o for approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour. (Until lightly browned)
