2 pkges frozen raspberries, unsweetened and t2 pkges cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
3 T orange juice or orange liquor
3 cups whipping cream, whipped
1 pound cake cut into 1/2 inch slices
3 squares semi sweet chocolate, grated

Drain raspberries, save juice. Side aside. Beat cream cheese with sugar until well blended. Add orange juice or liquor. Fold in whipped cream.

To assemble: Drizzle cake slices with 1/4 cup of reserved raspberry juice. In an 8 cup glass or trifle bowl, layer half the cake slices, 1/3 cream cheese mixture, half of the berries pressing some berries against the sides of bowl and 1 /3 of the grated chocolate. Repeat. spoon remaining 1/3 of cream cheese over second berry layer. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight. Mound fresh raspberries in center of desserts and garnish with mint leaves if desired
