1 Cup Soft butter or margarine
1/2 Cup light brown sugar
2 1/2 Cups flour
Directions:
Directions:
Beat butter with sugar until light and fluffy; stir in flour until well combined. Refrigerate for several hours. Roll out dough, cut with cookie cutters. Place on ungreased cookie sheets.

Bake for 25 minutes
