1 box yellow cake mix
1/2 c. cooking oil
1 egg
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Soften cream cheese. Preheat oven at 375. Mix cake mix, oil and egg. Reserve 1 c. of mixture and pat the remainder into a 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Bake for 15 minutes. Mix the cream cheese, lemon juice, and sugar. Spread that over the warm crust. Sprinkle the reserved cake mixture over the cream cheese layer and bake for an additional 15 minutes. Cool, cut, and serve. Leftovers should be refrigerated. (Leftover also freeze well).
