1 lb. carrots ( I like to crinkle cut them)
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp maple syrup
1/4 golden raisins (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook carrots until tender, drain well. In large skillet, heat butter and syrup over medium heat. Add carrots; cook 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Add raisins, if desired. Cook, stirring frequently, 5 minutes or until carrots are lightly browned and glazed.
