2 Cups Diced Ham
6 Slices cubed white bread
1 1/2 Cups shredded cheddar cheese
4 oz. can sliced mushrooms
4 Eggs
1 1/2 Cups Milk
1/4 tsp. Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Spray 9x13 pan with Pam. Alternate layers of bread, ham, cheese, and mushrooms in pan. Beat eggs--Mix with milk and salt. Pour egg mixture over bread, ham, cheese and mushrooms. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Bake covered at 325º for 45-60 minutes.
