1 package (8oz.) cream cheese, softened
3 green onions, chopped
1/4 Cup seasoned bread crumbs
1 package of imitation crab meat, roughly chopped
salt & pepper to taste
1 package wonton wrappers (squares)
shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the cream cheese, green onions, bread crumbs and crab meat together. Add salt and pepper to taste. Spray mini muffin pan with cooking spray and push in one wonton wrapper into each muffin cup to form a cup (edges will stick out). Add a small teaspoonful of cream cheese mixture into the cup and sprinkle a small pinch of shredded cheese on top.

Put into 350 degree oven. Bake approximately 10 minutes or until cream cheese mixture has melted and wonton wrapper has slightly browned. Single recipe makes 24.
