6 pounds cooked shrimp
2 qts. Hellmans mayonnaise (reduced fat)
¼ oz. parsley
2 oz. frozen chopped chives (I use fresh)
1 small jar Kraft horseradish mustard (hard to find – sometimes I use brown mustard and add horseradish)
juice 2 lemons
2 Tbsp. onion salt

Mix all together and serve with melba rounds or crackers.
