3-4 large cooking onions
1 lb. ground beef
4 hard boiled eggs
1/2 cup grated Italian cheese
1 t. garlic powder
salt and pepper ground beef and onions
Homemade dough..
or 2 Rhodes frozen bread dough defrosted

let bread rise..

brown beef in skillet with 1/2 cup of water, work it till redness is all gone and then drain..

slice onions and cook in skillet with little olive oil and little water till tender

roll out dough as thin as possible
put on ground beef, onions, cheese, garlic, hard boiled eggs, salt and pepper.....roll up like jellyroll...pinch seams....

put egg wash on top of dough.....(just scramble egg with a teaspoon of water) brush on top of dough
grease pan or cook on parchment paper
bake in middle of oven 350º for 35 minutes..let stand for 10 to 15 minutes before cutting
YUMMY...eat hot or cold
