1 1/2-2 lbs Beef Flank Steak
1/3 cup soy sauce
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 Tablespoon brown sugar


Directions:
Directions:
Slice flank steak length wise with the grain into alittle less then 1/4 inch strips . Combine soy sauce, garlic, salt and pepper. Mix with steak strips and let stand about 15 to 20 minutes.or longer..
Drain and arrange in single layer on rack set in shallow baking pan. Bake in very low oven, 150º F over night or 6 hours until dried. Cut into 1 inch pieces. Store in a tightly covered container
