1 c. Sugar
1/2 c. Butter or Shortening
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Vanilla
2 c. Flour
3 Ripe Bananas, mashed
2 Eggs, beaten well
1/2 c. Nuts (opt)
Chocolate Chips (opt)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Pour into well greased bread pan. Bake one hour at 350º or until toothpick comes out clean. Makes one loaf.
