1# bulk sausage
2 - 4 T. flour
2 C. milk
1/2 tsp. Chicken bouillon granules

Directions:
Directions:
In a skillet, brown & crumble sausage until
Cooked. Remove from skillet, blend flour into remaining grease (only need about 2—3
T. grease, if there is much more pour some off.) until smooth.
Stir in milk until blended, add chicken seasoning. Cook & stir until it boils & thickens.
Serve over warm, halved sky high biscuits (see recipe) or fresh baked Pillsbury biscuits.
You can also use Country gravy mix, but it is easy to make from scratch too!
A very easy recipe to double or triple for a crowd!
