1 Tbsp melted butter
2 tsp fresh lemon juice
1 lb. fish fillets ( flounder,orange roughy ,sea bass)
1/4 tsp salt
3 Tbsp mayo
1/2 Cup saltine cracker crumbs( I use Club)
3 Tbsp melted butter
1/4 cup chopped almonds
lemon wedges

Directions:
Directions:
Combine 1 Tbsp butter & lemon in 13x9 baking dish.Arrange fillets in dish,sprinkle with salt.Spread mayo on fish. Combine cracker crumbs 3 tbsp melted butter and almonds,sprinkle over fish. Bake, uncovered @ 400º for 10 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes when tested with fork. Serve with lemon.
