1 1/2 c. pumpkin 1 can evaporated milk
1 c. sugar 2 beaten eggs
1/4 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. cloves

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the pumpkin, sugar, and dry spices in a large bowl. Whisk in the evaporated milk, eggs, and vanilla. Pour the mixture into an unbaked pie crust. Sprinkle the top with a little bit of sugar.
Bake at 450º F for 15 minutes, then turn the oven down to 350º F and continue baking an additional 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
