1 pork tenderloin (1.5 to 2 lb) - I usually just get a Smithfield one or whatever's on sale
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
1 cup water
3/4 cup red wine
3 tabs minced garlic
3 tabs soy sauce
fresh ground back pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place pork tenderloin in slow cooker with the contents of the soup packet. Pour water, wine and soy sauce over the top and turn the loin to coat. Spread garlic over the top (alternative option: pierce small holes in the loin with a knife in 3 places and stuff with a whole garlic clove). Sprinkle with black pepper, cover and cook on low for 5 - 6 hours. Serve with cooking liquid on the side as au jus.
