2 medium cucumbers
salt
1/2 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup dill, chopped
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cut cukes into paper thin slices. Mix with 2 teaspoons salt. Let stand at room temp for an hour.

Drain cukes, pressing as much water out as possible. Then mix in everything else, along with another 1 tsp salt. Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours.
