1 lbs. Shrimp & Thin Rice Noodles
3-4 T. Oil
5 Cloves Garlic (crushed)
2 Onions thinly sliced
1 cup flaked cooked Chicken
1 cup Pork (cut thin)
1 cup shredded Cabbage
3 T. Soy Sauce
Salt & Pepper to taste
Lemon Wedges for garnish

Directions:

Cook shrimp in salted water until pink then shell and de-vein. Reserve 1 cup of shrimp stock
Soak noodles in warm water. In a large pan, bring water to a boil. Drain noodles and drop them into fast boiling water; bring back to a boil and cook for 2 mins./until tender. Drain immediately, dry for 30 mins. Heat 1 tablespoon of lard in large wok (pan),and when hot fry noodles a handful at a time until golden brown. Then Remove. Heat more oil, then fry garlic, onion, shrimp, chicken, pork. Add Cabbage, Soy Sauce, Shrimp Stock, Salt & Pepper. Cook uncovered until almost dry. Then return noodles and heat through, tossing well to mix. Arrange on serving platter and garnish with lemon and egg.

This is another Filipino dish, it is almost similar to the Chinese rice noodles, but has a little bit more flavor and more meat.
