1 lbs. Thin Sliced Beef
1 Small Onion (sliced thin)
2 cloves of garlic (minced)
1 small can of Tomato Paste
1/2 Red Pepper (sliced in strips)
1 Tablespoon of Ground Pepper
4 Large Potatoes (cubed)

Directions:
Directions:
Put 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan. Add sliced beef and fry until the meat is brown and the oil is dried up. Fry the garlic until brown, and onions until clear. Put beef, garlic, onions, and ground pepper together. Add 1 c. water until meat is tender. Half way to being tender, add tomato sauce and potatoes. When the sauce is slightly thick, add in the red peppers. Let simmer for about 15 mins. Serve with white rice and ENJOY!

Since my heritage is Filipino, I wanted to share with you this recipe. This dish is like a beef stew, but eaten with a dish of rice. Enjoy!
