2 Vidalia Onions or other sweet onions
1c beer
1c flour
1 tbsp paprika
2 tsp salt
2c "Peanut Oil" for frying

Directions:
Directions:
In medium size pot - heat oil to 350º, slice onions in 14" slices and separate rings. In medium bowl mix beer, flour , paprika and salt into a batter. Dip onion rings in batter until thoroughly coated, then fry in small batches for approx. 2 min., or until golden turning one during frying. Remove and dredge on a paper towel. Serve immediately!
