4 cups flour
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 3/4 cups Crisco
1 tbsp. white vinegar
1 egg
1/2 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
1) Mix together the flour, sugar, salt, and Crisco until crumbly.

2) Mix the vinegar, egg, and water together and then add to the above.

3) Knead by hand until you have a smooth ball of dough.

4) Divide into 5 portions
