1 lb. mild bulk sausage
8 slices bread, toasted
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 c. cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 t. dry mustard
salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage and drain. Cut each slice of toast into 4 triangles.
Beat eggs, milk, and seasonings. Layer half of the sausage, toast and cheese in a 9 X 12 Pyrex dish. Pour the custard over
the 1st layer. Repeat. Bake at 325º F for 45 minutes.
