Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Coriander
Cumin
Mustard Seed

Directions:
Directions:
I cook each of them separately by ‘toasting’ them in a frying pan…let them get brown
(the mustard seeds will ‘pop’) but don’t let them burn.
Then combine them in a coffee grinder and they blend brilliantly!

Put in a sealed container.
I use them on salmon steaks, basically any fish….and chicken.
Rub it on the fish/meat and cover with saran wrap and let sit overnight.
Then cook in whatever way you choose!!

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
These are cooked herbs that you spread on meat/fish to both flavour and tenderize them.
If kept tightly closed they last for ages….
