Sift flour with sugar, baking powder and salt into mixing bowl. Combine lightly beaten eggs yolks, cooking oil and milk. Add to dry ingredients all at once; beat until smooth. Beat egg whites until soft peaks form when beater is raised; fold into batter. Bake on preheated waffle iron at medium heat until steaming stops and waffle is golden brown
