1 c. Flour
Pinch Salt
2 Eggs
4 tbsp. Butter (melted)
2/3 c. milk mixed with 2/3 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Put the flour and the salt in a bowl. Add the eggs and some of the milk and water, and whisk in the flour, a little at at time.
Then gradually pour the remaining milk and water into the mixture, whisking it until the ingredients are well mixed in.
Add half the melted butter to the mixture and whisk it again.
Brush the skillet pan with a little melted butter and heat it until it sizzles. Then pour in two tablespoonfuls of batter.
Quickly tilt the pan from side to side until a thin layer of batter spreads across the bottom of the skillet.
Cook the crepe for about a minute, then flip it over, cook it for 10 more seconds and slide it onto a warm plate.
When ready to eat spread the crepes with your choice of filling.
