4 Boneless, skinless, chicken breasts
4 tbsp. Butter
4 tbsp. Olive oil
4 tbsp. Flour
6 tbsp. White wine
4 tbsp. Fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp. Capers
1 tbsp. Parsley
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Slice chicken breasts in half. Pound chicken to flatten and tenderize. Set aside.

In a frying pan, melt butter with oil.
Flour chicken lightly and saute on each side for 2 -3 minutes.
Add salt, pepper, capers, wine, lemon juice, and parsley, cook for 2 - 3 minutes.

Serve hot.
