2 cups canned chickpeas
3 cloves garlic minced
dash of tamari
juice from 2 med lemons
3/4 cup tahini
1/4 cup finely minced parsley
black pepper & dash of cayenne
cilantro

combine everything in a food processor, adjust amounts for flavor. Sometimes I add a bit of the chickpeas liquid to thin it out.
