1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup milk

1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. pork sausage
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/2 cup parmesan
1/4 cup minced, fresh parsley
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1 small onion, minced
salt and pepper to taste (I don't know! Just guess!)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
Soak bread crumbs in milk. Add to rest of ingredients and mix well. I mix mine with my Kitchen Aid mixer. Cover a cookie sheet with foil and spray with Pam. Pour mixture in middle of foil and shape into loaf. Bake about 45 minute. Baste occasionally with drippings.
