Personal Notes:
I like to use dough hooks on my mixer. Mix the ingredients in order given. Turn dough out on a floured surface and knead until elastic. Put in greased mixing bowl set in warm place and let raise until double in bulk. Punch down and turn and let raise again. When double in bulk form into loaf place dough in bread pan and let raise again until pan is full. Bake in oven at 350 degrees about 18 minutes.
