Beef bone and stew beef
Onion, chopped
Carrot, sliced crosswise
Bay Leaf
Celery, chopped
Potatoes, cubed
Large Can of Tomato Juice
Frozen Vegetables (green beans, lima beans, peas, corn)(May used canned veggies, but drain)
Salt and Pepper
Red Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook beef bone with celery onion,carrot, bay leaf, salt and pepper for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Strain the liquid and set aside stew beef.
In another pan, add potatoes and carrots. Cover with water..Bring to a boil and simmer for 30 to 40 minutes.
To potato mixture, add the can of tomato juice and broth from the bone. Add veggies and stew beef. Add salt, pepper and red pepper and simmer until done!
