1-3 oz Box Orange Jello
1/2 cup sugar
1 Cup Pineapple Juice(use juice from can of crushed pineapple and add water to make a full cup of liquid)
1 cup Crushed Pineapple
1 cup Sour Cream
1 can Mandarin Orange Slices

Directions:
Directions:
Heat liquid to boiling. Add jello and sugar...Stir to dissolve and set aside to cool. After it has cooled, add crushed pineapple(drained), sour cream, and mandarin orange slices(drained). Mix well. Pour into molds and refrigerate to set.

To double salad: use 1 cup of water to 2 cups of pineapple juice to dissolve teh 1 cup of sugar and 6 oz's of jello!
