4 c white sugar

2 c finely chopped peppers (some red, some hot)

1 1/2 c white vinegar

1 pkg liquid pectin

Directions:

Boil 1st 3 ingredients for 15 minutes, stirring constantly.

Remove from heat & add pectin.

Stir for 2 minutes more and pour into jars.

Vary the amount of hot peppers to taste - be brave!
