Cream in mixer until thick and fluffy (about 5 mins):
1 ½ C sugar
4 eggs
1 C oleo

Directions:

Reduce speed and add 2 C flour and 1 ½ t flavoring (almond extract or vanilla). Spread dough on jelly roll pan. Mark 28 squares lightly on top of dough. Place about 1 t pie filling in center of squares. Bake 350 for 30 mins and cut apart.
