¾ C sugar
1/3 C butter
½ C oil
1 T milk
1 to 2 t almond extract
1 egg
1 ½ C flour
1 ½ baking powder
¼ t salt
1 T sugar for topping of cookies
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375. Ina large bowl beat ¾ C sugar, butter, oil, milk, almond extract and egg. Stir in the flour, salt and baking powder. Blend well and spread into a jelly roll pan. Sprinkle with sugar and bake until lightly golden. Cut into triangle shapes. Makes 4 dozen cookies.
