1 bag frozen hash browns
1 can cream of potato soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 16 oz. sour cream
1 medium onion, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 jar mushrooms (optional)
Chopped leftover ham to taste or what is available
Grated cheddar cheese – about 6 oz
Bacon bits if desired
