Ingredients:  
1st layer .....
10 graham crackers crushed (I use graham cracker crumbs about 1/2 box)
3/4 stick margarine/butter
2 Tbls sugar
Mix sugar in melted butter and then add the graham crackers. Should be crumbly.

2nd layer....
2 1/2 cups boiling water
6 oz. Raspberry jello
1/2 cup sugar
(2) 10 oz. packages of frozen raspberries
Dissolve jello & sugar in water and then add the raspberries. Refrigerate to set for about 2 hours (or overnight).

3rd layer....
8 oz. Cream cheese
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla
Blend together then slowly add to it:
2/3 cup powdered sugar
1 pint whipping cream
2 tsp lemon juice (optional)
Beat until firm.

Layer as follows:
Graham cracker
Raspberry jello
Whipping cream
REPEAT
