3 eggs
2 c. milk
3 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 and 2 T. sguar
3 tsp. baking soda
2 1/4 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil (2 inches) to 375º in 12 inch skillet or 3 qt. saucepan.
Beat remaining ingredients until smooth.
Holding forefinger over end of funnel, pour about 1/2 c. batter into funnel.
Drip batter, controlling flow with forefinger, into hot oil, swirling it into circles from center out.
Fry until light brown, about 2 minutes on each side
Drain
