2 tbsp yeast
2 tsp honey
1 cup warm water
- Mix together and let rise for 10 minutes

1/4 cup crisco
1/4 cup molasses
1/4 cup honey

8 cups tepid water

1 tbsp salt
1 cup wheat bran
1 cup oat bran
1/4 cup wheat germ
12 cups brown flour
15-17 cups white flour

Directions:
Directions:
Stir risen yeast into honey mixture and tepid water. (Should feel just warm on your wrist). Stir in the next 4 ingredients. Add brown flour and beat very well. Stir in white flour and continue to knead in white flour until dough is elastic and smooth. Grease bowl and top of dough and cover to let rise in a warm place. (I like to set the bowl of dough in the oven with the light on) Let rise for 1 1/2 hours, punch down, rise 1 hour. Make into loaves and let rise an additional hour. Bake 30 minutes at 400º.
