2 pounds of ground chuck
1 whole medium sweet yellow onion
2 cans rotel with green chili's
1 12 oz can tomato paste
2 12 oz cans good quality chili beans
2 tbs chili powder
palm full of salt
palm full of pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef with chopped onion. Drain off extra grease. Add all cans without draining any of them. Add dry ingredients. Add water to make sure that Chili is not too dry. Heat and add water on medium and watch, stir and add water as necessary to retain a nice consistency for at least 2 hours.

I love my chili. Serve with chunks of cheddar cheese and Frito's . Dive in a dunk with Frito's. Mix cheddar cheese chunks in to make a real chili con corne in your bowl.
