1 lb. Great Northern beans white beans(or 4 cans )
2 pounds boneless chicken breasts
t Tals. vegetable oil
2 cups onions chopped
4 medium garlic cloves minced
2 (4 oz.) chopped mild chilis
2 teas. ground cumin
1 1/2 teas. dried oregano
1/4 teas. ground cloves.
1/4 teaspoon cayenne
8 cups chicken broth
1 12 oz. can of beer
3 cups Monterey Jack cheese, shredded and divided
Sour Creme
Salsa
Fresh Cilantro leaves

Soak beans0 ( or use 4 cans great northern
Place chicken in a large heave sauce pan. Add cold water to cover and bring to a simmer. Cook until tender (about 15 mins.). Drain and cool.
Remove skin and cut into cubes

Drain beans in a large colander Heat oil in same pot. Add onions and saute

To quick soak beans, add enough water to cover by 3 inches. Bring to a boil, cover and remove from heat. Soak for 2 hours
