3/4 lb. fettuccine
1 Tbl. olive oil
2 cups chicken breasts chopped
2 tsp. fresh ginger minced
1]3 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup dry sherry
3 medium cloves garlic
1/2 cup green onion
1 cup snow peas
3 cups broccoli florets
1]2 cup toasted almonds chopped

Directions:

Cook fettuccine according to package directions. Drain, rinse with cold water and drain again

In a large sauce pan or wok, heat 2 Tlbs.oil over medium high heat. Add chicken and saute 2 minutes

Add ginger, garlic, onions, snow peas and broccoli. Saute 3 minutes more. Add last Tbls. oil, soy sauce and sherry. Simmer 1 min.

Add fettuccini to pan and toss to mix well. Sprinkle with almonds and serve immediately
