1 lb ground round
1 medium onion chopped
1 can (7 oz) sliced mushrooms
2 packages frozen chopped spinach
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c sour cream
mozzarella cheese
Seasonings: garlic salt, pepper and oregano

Directions:
Directions:
In skillet combine meat, onion and mushrooms, season with garlic salt, pepper and oregano, cook until meat is browned.
Place frozen spinach on top of above ingredients, cover skillet and let steam until mixable.
In casserole dish mix semi-cooked ingredients with the sour cream and soup.
Liberally top with strips or grated mozzarella cheese and bake uncovered for 20-25 mins at 350º

This is a family favorite, my kids love it even though they claim to not "like" spinach!
I serve the dish with garlic bread and salad.
